This applies only to incoming first-year students, including those pursuing a master's degree in another city, and only during that period! Registration for a lottery study is also accepted. For exact details, please check here.

Campus control

Every year we check whether you are still registered with an educational institution if you rent from us with a campus contract. We call this the campus contract audit. This goes like this:

  1.  We ask the educational institution whether you are still studying. Not every educational institution can provide this information.
  2. We ask you for a valid/current study certificate. If you are still studying, prove this with a copy of your student card or a statement from the educational institution. Always make sure that the current academic year is stated on it.
Are you a PhD student? Then you do not have a student card, but you do have a study relationship with an educational institution. In that case, please send us a copy of your appointment letter with a copy of your most recent pay slip.
