Bankaccount number
If you want to pass on or change your (payout) account number to us, you can do so below. Any payments are made to the same account number that you specified for direct debit / online payment. 

Direct debit
You can easily set up the automatic debit below. New invoices will be automatically debited. The direct debit does not apply to invoices that are already in your overview. You have to transfer the outstanding amounts yourself. If you set up a direct debit between the 20th and the end of the month, the rent for the next month cannot be collected automatically. Remember that you will have to transfer the rent for that month to us yourself.

Good to know: direct debit is only possible if you have a SEPA bank account. 

Do you want to stop the direct debit?
You cannot do this yourself. Please fill in a contact form and add a copy of your ID, so we can verify that the request is actually made by you. DUWO will process your request as quickly as possible.

Pay out credit
DUWO pays any credit via the bank account number known to us. So make sure that your account number is entered.
