With your registration at ROOM you can respond immediately to the range of studios. The candidate with the longest registration period will receive the room. The average registration time for a self contained room is a few years. But with new-build complexes and temporary rentals, the waiting time can be surprisingly short. TIP: Keep an eye on our project page . If a new-build complex is almost ready, we will advertise a large group of rooms at once on ROOM and you will have a better chance!
