Key pick-up authorization form

Are you unable to pick up your keys during DUWO's opening hours?

No worries, you may also send someone else to pick up the keys for you. For example a family member, a friend or a fellow student. You will have to authorise this person first. To do so, fill in the authorisation form.

PLEASE NOTE: Are you an international exchange, master or bachelor student and are you arriving in the summer period? Then do not fill in this form. You will receive the keys via your educational institution or via a Resident Assistant (RA). If you then want to authorize someone, you can pass this on to the RA or to your educational institution if it organizes the key issue. They will contact you a few weeks before arrival.
