The total rent you pay to DUWO is the (basic) net rental price and the service costs added together. The basic rent is the price you pay for the use of your living space. This rent is increased slightly every year. The gross rent is a combination of the basic rent and service costs such as gas, water and electricity.
The service costs are settled once a year.
