Looking for a new room in Delft? Starting Tuesday 3 September the brand-new rooms on Balthasar van der Polweg will be available for rent through ROOM!
The building offers 136 units: 68 are available via a campus contract (unfurnished rooms, assigned based on registration duration) and 68 through Direct Offer (furnished rooms, temporary until July 24, 2025, assigned based on response time).
The contracts start on October 1, and rent allowance is possible from the age of 23.
