Waldorpstraat 600-742 is a modern building from 2017 with five floors and solar panels on the roof, which consists of 72 independent homes that vary in size from 18 to 25 square meters. DUWO will take over the building as of September 1. The existing rental agreements will be taken over.
The building is near educational institutions such as The Hague University of Applied Sciences, ROC Mondriaan and the campus of Leiden University in The Hague, within walking distance of Holland Spoor train station and close to the city. This is the fourth building in Waldorpstraat for DUWO.
