Over 480 student studios in the Leemanstoren near Haagse Hogeschool are almost ready. Applications will be accepted from 11 March.

The construction of the large new DUWO student complex at Leemanstoren in The Hague has been ongoing since 2017. The accommodation will be ready for entry in May. If you’d like to live there, register at ROOM.nl, which is DUWO’s platform for viewing the accommodation they have on offer. You can register if you’re going to become a full-time student. Do you already live in DUWO accommodation, but would like to move? Apply for one of the studios now.

Fall out of bed and into the lecture room

The new Leemanstoren is situated in a student’s dream location. You can virtually fall out of bed and land in the lecture room (university is right next door), there are also lots of bars and cafés in the neighbourhood, plus all sorts of public transport and a large shopping centre around the corner. The attractive Stationswijk is nearby, from where you can walk to the centre in no time.

Just bring some furniture

The self-contained studios are handed over with floor and wall coverings and curtains. You don’t need to do anything and can simply move in right away. Just bring some furniture. You have 21 m2 of space. Each studio has a living area with a kitchen and its own bathroom, shower and toilet. Downstairs there’s an attractive common room, a laundry room and locked bike parking. The rents are reasonable: gross rent of EUR 545, but only EUR 375 after deducting the housing benefit.

There’s more information about the Leemanstoren on our project web pages.
