DUWO Student housing

Online application is possible for all our accommodations. In order to be eligible for a DUWO property, you have to be registered. You can only apply for houses and rooms in the city/region in which you study.

Accommodation of DUWO
Here you can find all independent accommodation offered by DUWO in Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Delft, The Hague, Haarlem, Hoofddorp and Leiden. This also includes rooms with shared facilities on Uilenstede (Amstelveen), Opaallaan (Hoofddorp) and a selection of rooms with shared facilities in Delft.

Voting in sessions and rooms in sub-tenancy
Our website also hosts rooms with shared facilities offered by students. Through voting in ads you can be invited to an introductory evening during which the residents of a student house seek a new resident. You can also apply for (temporary) rooms sublet by residents. Further information about voting in sessions and rooms in sub-tenancy can be found here.
